Approved vendor status is granted per brand and often per ownership group, so we work directly with your procurement team to meet the requirements of your specific submission process.
What documentation ships with a brand-standard order?
Every commercial order ships with construction verification, material certificates, fire safety compliance documentation (California TB117-2013, CAL-133 where applicable, NFPA 701 and BS 5852 for FR fabric), and dimensional confirmation. Documentation is packaged for direct submission to brand standards and ownership review.
Can Johnson work from our brand's FF and E spec sheet?

Does Johnson offer trade pricing for designers and purchasing agents?
Yes. Johnson runs a trade program for designers, FF and E firms, and purchasing agents with trade pricing, sample support, spec assistance, and direct factory communication. You work with the people building the furniture rather than a sales desk between you and the plant.
Can Johnson furnish an entire portfolio on a repeat schedule?
Yes. Management groups and vacation rental operators run rolling furniture programs with us: a locked specification, agreed pricing tiers, and scheduled production across properties. Once the spec is set, reorders ship without re-approving every detail each time.
What is the lead time for a brand-standard order?
Standard lead time is 4 to 6 weeks from spec approval to shipment. Full-property programs of several hundred pieces typically require 8 to 12 weeks with phased delivery scheduled around your renovation timeline. Rush production is available for property openings with an expedite fee.
Why does buying factory-direct matter for brand compliance?
A distributor resells what a factory already built, so specification changes and compliance paperwork move slowly through a middleman.
