10-Year Structural Frame Warranty

We warrant the structural frame of our upholstered furniture against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase.

During the warranty period, if a structural frame fails as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship under normal intended use, we will, at our discretion, repair the defective frame, replace the affected component, or replace the product with a comparable product.

This structural frame warranty covers defects in the load-bearing frame construction attributable to defective materials or workmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

• Upholstery fabrics, leather, vinyl, cushioning, foam, springs, mechanisms, decorative components, finishes, or other non-frame components unless covered under a separate written warranty.
• Normal wear and tear or changes in appearance resulting from ordinary use.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper cleaning, improper storage, unauthorized repair or modification.
• Damage resulting from use of the furniture for a purpose or in a manner for which it was not designed.
• Damage occurring during transportation, relocation, or handling after delivery.
• Damage caused by fire, flood, water, environmental conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless otherwise agreed to by us in writing.

Proof of original purchase may be required when making a warranty claim.

If you believe your furniture has a covered structural defect, contact us with the product information, proof of purchase when available, a description of the issue, and photographs reasonably necessary for us to evaluate the claim.

We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
