What furniture services does Johnson offer?
Johnson provides six in-house services: hotel sofas and sleeper sofas, lounge chairs and loveseats, sectionals and banquettes, custom drapery and cornices, custom cushions and foam, and commercial reupholstery. Every service is performed in our own South Carolina factory, not outsourced or resold.
Can one order combine multiple services?
Yes, and most projects do. A typical property order combines guestroom seating, banquettes, drapery, and cushions in a single quote with one coordinated delivery schedule. Combining services in one order also reaches deeper pricing tiers than splitting the work across vendors.
What are typical lead times across services?
Standard lead time is 4 to 6 weeks from spec approval for most manufacturing and drapery orders. Reupholstery and cushion programs often run faster. Full-property packages may require 8 to 12 weeks depending on scope. Rush production is available for openings and renovation deadlines with an expedite fee.
Do you accept COM (Customer's Own Material) fabric?
Yes, across every service. Ship your brand-approved fabric to our factory and we build or reupholster to your exact specifications, or select from our in-house commercial-grade library. Both options include fire safety certification and compliance documentation for FF and E submission.
When does reupholstery make more sense than replacement?
When the frame is commercial-grade and structurally sound. Quality frames outlast fabric by many years, so restoring them costs a fraction of replacement and avoids weeks of downtime. Our team inspects your existing pieces and gives an honest recommendation either way.
Which industries do these services cover?

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. Johnson manufactures in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and ships to properties across the country, with coordinated delivery scheduling for full-property programs. Freight is quoted with your order so there are no surprises at delivery.
What warranty applies to Johnson services?
New manufacturing carries a 5-year commercial warranty on frames, 1 year on mechanisms, and 1 year on fabric and cushions against manufacturing defects. Reupholstery work is warranted on workmanship. Because we are the manufacturer, claims are honored directly by our factory.
